College BounceBack Workshop!
If you just finished a college semester that you'd rather forget, need to reset confidence, and design action plan for success next semester, this is the workshop for you!
Why do so many college students struggle?
Bottom line: College admission DOES NOT guarantee readiness to adjust, perform, and succeed.
Does this sound like you?
- A college student who had an awful fall semester, bad grades, and worried about succeeding next semester.
-
A college student looking to optimize mental health and performance throughout the spring semester.
-
A stressed college student, carrying self-doubt and low confidence, questioning if you can be successful in college and uncertain what you need to change.
-
A worried parent that loses sleep wondering how to help your college kid, their mental health, and if they should return to campus for the spring semester.
Most students make empty promises to do better by studying more - that never works!
