A challenge for most of us is addressing contemplation. We want to exercise and imagine ourselves doing it though struggle to move from thinking to acting. Some suggestions to address this:
1. Plan. Schedule it in your calendar.
2. Make a new songlist for your ipod.
3. Spend time imagining the benefits of feeling good.
4. Browse healthy websites.
5. Keep it simple! Think 10-20 minutes to start.
Write something about yourself. No need to be fancy, just an overview.
